DERCO Immo has been an established name as a real estate agent in (mainly) Flemish and Walloon Brabant for more than 25 years. Sporadically we also offer properties in other provinces or abroad.

In principle, we never contact a seller or landlord ourselves: almost all our clients come to us through “word of mouth”.
